Senior staff in care settings need to be able to build rapport and respect with other care staff, and provide leadership, in order that an effective, person-centred support service is provided. This half-day CPD course for senior carers explores how staff can become effective leaders in order that the service can reach its full organisational potential.
Successful completion of this training course will result in the award of a CPD accredited certificate covering all aspects of the above course contents.
