Introduction

This course is designed to assist those at all levels to understand and meet the requirements of the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 which came into force on the 26th October 2024.  As it is a preventative duty all organisations must be proactive in their implementation of this legislation through company specific policies, actions and staff training and by creating an appropriate workplace culture.  This course will help guide you through the requirements and how to apply them to your organisation.
