Introduction

The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) no longer makes a recommendation and it is now up to each business to decide which First Aid course suits their needs. All of our First Aid courses are delivered by appropriately qualified instructors, and learners will receive certificates upon successful completion. The courses contain a blended learning approach, including theoretical and practical training elements. They include all aspects of basic life support including CPR, bleeding, unconsciousness, choking, head injuries, sprains and strains and a vast range of First Aid conditions that may be experienced in the workplace. Our courses have been updated in line with the Resuscitation Council UK’s guidance which come in to effect in December 2025.
