Introduction

Our dedicated team of highly skilled Nurses and Healthcare Trainers who are committed to ensuring that your Personal Assistants (PAs) and Carers receive comprehensive training and gain the necessary competence to perform a wide range of delegated healthcare tasks. 

Course Contents

We can build a client-specific package to suit you covering areas such as tracheostomy care, suctioning, enteral feeding, bladder, bowel care and more.

Competency process

    1. Observe the task being carried out
    2. Attend theory training
    3. Be observed carrying out the task
    4. Competency sign off
    5. Agree a refresher schedule with you

Some of the areas we can carry out competency assessing are:

  • Oral Suctioning 
  • Bowel Management 
  • Tracheostomy 
  • Laryngectomy
  • Buccal Midazolam
  • Oxygen Therapy
  • Enteral Feeding

Course Outcomes

Successful completion of this training course will result in competency sign off
