Introduction
Basic Life Support is a mandatory, annual requirement for all care, support and nursing staff. Delivered using the latest practices approved by the Resuscitation Council (UK), this essential training can also be delivered as part of a wider package to fulfil training compliance purposes.

- Causes of Deterioration
- Chain of Survival
- Choking Procedures
- Recovery Position
- Signs and Symptoms of Angina and Heart Attack
- CPR – Adult, with Paediatric Modifications
- Use of the AED
- Resuscitation
- Anaphylaxis Awareness
- Team Work
All elements delivered in line with principles directed by the Resuscitation Council (UK).
Course Outcomes
Successful completion of this training course will result in the award of a CPD accredited certificate covering all aspects of the above course contents.
