Introduction

Asthma and COPD are life threatening conditions that cause spasms and constrictions of the airways. This half day course looks at the signs, symptoms and effective management of these airway conditions.

Definitions of Asthma, Chronic Bronchitis and Emphysema
Treatment; Long Term and in Acute Exacerbations
Use and care of Oxygen
Living with these Conditions
