This course is delivered by a Nuco accredited instructor. The course is designed for all workplace employees, though it specifically targets those in supervisory or managerial roles who are responsible for fostering a positive mental health culture and overseeing First Aid for Mental Health within their organisation.
Building on the Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health, this course explores a broader spectrum of mental health conditions and provides in-depth information on various therapies and professional support options available from certified professionals during mental health treatment.
Learners will complete practical assessments throughout the course, along with a written assessment on each day. Upon completion, the learner will be issued with a Nuco accredited certificate.
