Although not quite the same as face-to-face training, we’re delighted to be able to offer this option which has already gone down well with Local Authorities and large care home groups.
How easy is it to use Zoom?
It takes a little bit of time to set-up, but once in place, our clients are reaping the benefits once they have familiarised themselves with the set up. You simply need a computer with the application loaded on and a web cam so the trainer can see and keep in touch with everyone. The image could be displayed on a television or projector or simply viewed on your computer screen. We are more than happy to speak with you beforehand to help you set everything up.
How much will it cost?
The only additional charge is your subscription to the Zoom application – their website shows the different options that are available. As Abuka trainers will potentially be cutting-back on petrol and travelling time, we are willing to look at discounts for bulk purchases – simply call us to discuss this further!

We regularly host mandatory training or fundamental programmes from our training centre in Stockport. You can easily join any of these sessions by visiting www.abuka.co.uk and viewing available dates. We can also craft bespoke training courses, perfectly suited to your staff requirements using our mix and match full & half day sessions. These programmes can be hosted either at your venue, our training centre in Stockport, or in one of the many other centres we have access to across the U.K.
